This page explains how refunds are handled for custom website, AI phone answering, automation, hosting, and related technical services.
Last updated: April 1, 2026
Aflame AI mainly provides custom digital services, including website design and development, AI phone answering setup, automation workflows, domain connection, SSL setup, deployment, hosting, maintenance, and technical support.
These are not standardized physical goods. Once work begins, labor, configuration, deployment, and third-party service costs may already be incurred.
If payment has been made but project scheduling, discovery, design, development, deployment, or setup work has not started, you may request a refund.
If approved, we may deduct payment processing fees, taxes, or other unavoidable costs before issuing the refund.
A project is considered started once we begin discovery, planning, design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, domain setup, SSL setup, or reserved execution time.
After work has started, completed labor, technical setup, deployment, and related costs are generally non-refundable.
If a project is canceled midstream, any partial refund is based on work completed and actual costs incurred.
For recurring services such as AI phone subscriptions, hosting, maintenance, or other monthly service fees, the current billing period is generally non-refundable once active.
You may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle starts.
Third-party costs that have already been incurred are usually not refundable. This may include domain registration, phone numbers, SMS or voice usage, hosting, cloud services, SSL, software licenses, and fees charged by providers such as Stripe or Twilio.
If you believe your case qualifies, use the refund request form below and provide the order information, payment details, and reason for the request.
Submitting a request does not mean the refund is automatically approved. Each request is reviewed against project status, service progress, and actual cost incurred.
