Before you start, a few things to know

Yes. The AI runs on a voice model that handles Mandarin, Cantonese, and English in the same conversation — Cantonese-speaking callers get Cantonese, English-speaking callers get English, and it follows along even with an accent. Try it live right here:

When something's unclear or the caller wants a person, it transfers straight to your phone. The voice, pacing, and how it handles interruptions all feel close to a real person — natural, not robotic.

Your number can take calls the same day — we assign you one (or you pick your own in the dashboard), connect it, and it's ready to ring. The full reception script and knowledge base usually take 3–5 business days to dial in: you send us your price list, common questions, and how you operate, and we turn that into the AI's knowledge base — scripts, hand-off rules, and notifications all configured. We handle the setup for you; no technical work on your end.

Live captions and conversation summaries live only in your own dashboard (aflameai.com/en/portal), encrypted the whole way. We don't resell your data or build profiles from it. The names, phone numbers, and requests your customers leave are always there for you in the dashboard.

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of going live, we'll re-optimize and reconfigure it for free first; if it still falls short of what we agreed on after that, we'll refund the subscription you've paid (first month for monthly plans, the paid year for annual plans). Neither monthly nor annual plans lock you into a long-term contract — you can cancel renewal anytime and billing stops at the next cycle. Note: the one-time setup fee (scripting, knowledge base, integration testing) covers technical work already done, so it isn't refundable after launch.
