Before you start, a few things to know
The build fee is paid once and the site is yours. Starter is $489 and already includes your domain, business email, logo and brand colors, plus the first year of hosting and maintenance. Need online payments, booking, or product / menu ordering? Grow is $909. Want AI chat and automated workflows? Automation is $1,399. Three tiers, nothing unbundled — logo, foundational SEO and AI chat are inside them. Large catalog ecommerce, ongoing Google keyword campaigns and special feature development are quoted separately.
A starter site usually goes live in 3–5 business days; bilingual sites or projects with booking and payments take roughly 5–15 business days depending on page count and complexity. The flow is: 50% deposit to start, you approve the design, then we build; you review before launch and settle the balance before we go live.
The first year of hosting, security, backups and routine content edits is already inside the build fee. From year two, maintenance is entirely optional and isn't tied to the tier you bought — you choose by what you actually need that year: basic hosting from $149/yr, heavier content updates from $199/yr, or from $299/yr to keep booking, payments, automation and AI chat running — and you just message us when something needs changing. If you'd rather not renew, that's fine: the site is yours and we'll move it to your own server once, free.
Yes to all three. One site can serve both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking customers with the two languages maintained separately, which also helps Google index them. For transactions we support Stripe card payments, booking and inquiry forms, QR menu ordering and deposits — payments and booking are included from the Grow tier up.
Every tier includes foundational SEO; Grow and above also include Google Business Profile and Maps optimization. On top of that we structure your content so AI can read it — structured data and FAQs — which makes it easier for you to appear when customers search Google or ask ChatGPT and Gemini.
