Live captions and conversation summaries live only in your own dashboard (aflameai.com/en/portal), encrypted the whole way. We don't resell your data or build profiles from it. The names, phone numbers, and requests your customers leave are always there for you in the dashboard.
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of going live, we'll re-optimize and reconfigure it for free first; if it still falls short of what we agreed on after that, we'll refund the subscription you've paid (first month for monthly plans, the paid year for annual plans). Neither monthly nor annual plans lock you into a long-term contract — you can cancel renewal anytime and billing stops at the next cycle. Note: the one-time setup fee (scripting, knowledge base, integration testing) covers technical work already done, so it isn't refundable after launch.
