About calls beyond your plan
Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per month. Each plan's one-time setup fee is charged only at launch — there are no configuration or hidden fees after you go live, and choosing annual billing waives this one-time setup fee.

What's the difference between AI Phone Reception and AI Website Assistant?
AI Phone Reception handles incoming phone calls — when a customer dials, the AI answers directly, has the conversation, logs the details, and hands off to a human. AI Website Assistant is embedded in the bottom-right corner of your website, where visitors talk to the AI by text or voice and leave their name and phone number. Both share the same knowledge base, so the phone and the website both catch your customers without you maintaining two separate setups.
Does the monthly AI phone fee include call usage?
Every plan includes a set number of conversation minutes. Anything beyond that is billed by actual usage, and the rate varies by number type, region, and configuration. Enterprise plans are scoped individually to your needs.
Can I pilot one scenario first before deciding whether to continue?

Can I install only the AI Website Assistant? Do I need a website built by you first?
You can install it on its own. The AI Website Assistant is a snippet of embed code that works on any existing website you already have — you're not required to use one we built. Of course, if you do both, we can guarantee the visuals, knowledge base, and dashboard data are fully connected.
Is the website a one-time charge or a monthly fee?
