The first month is the initial setup; after that we do 6 things every month and email you a report by the 5th. If we built your website, the setup was already done as part of the build.
First month: initial setup
- Baseline check: we agree on 3 questions customers ask and ask each once on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI, with screenshots
- Google Business Profile: we review categories, service area, hours and photos, list what's missing and help you update them
- Website (with edit access): basic cleanup of your main existing business pages — services, cities, Chinese-language service, FAQs and structured data
- Name, address, phone and hours checked to match across your site and Google profile
- Usually done within about 7–14 days once we have the information and access; no redesign, bulk changes, new pages or complex development
Monthly: AI check and website
- AI check: the same 3 questions asked once each on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI, with screenshots — a sample observation, recorded truthfully
- Small website update: one FAQ or one change to existing service text each month; specific recommendations if we don't have edit access
- Consistency check: hours, phone, holiday schedule, and whether others have suggested edits to your Google profile

What exactly do you do each month?
The first month starts with a baseline check and the initial setup optimization. After that, every month we do an AI check, Google Business updates, new review alerts with AI reply suggestions, a small website update (recommendations if we don't have edit access) and a consistency check. By the 5th of each month we email you an AI report covering the previous month.
Why pay monthly instead of a one-time job?
AI tools and Google keep re-reading what's online. Competitors keep updating, new reviews come in every month, others can suggest edits to your Google profile, and your own hours and services change. Information that isn't maintained goes stale. Monthly billing lets you stop future renewals anytime, and every monthly report shows what we did.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
The service is exactly the same. Yearly is $999/year, $189 less than paying monthly for a year — a good fit if you know you want it long term. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
How much is SEO & AI Search Visibility?
One plan, $99/month, no tiers. I already have a Google Business Profile. Do I pay the setup fee?
No. If you already have a profile that you own or are authorized to manage, you connect it and start the $99/month service. The $299 setup fee only applies when we create and configure a profile from scratch.
How do the months included with a website work?
Every website plan includes it: Starter ($489) includes 1 month, Grow ($909) 2 months, Automation ($1,399) 3 months. The included months cover all 6 monthly services (the basic website optimization is already done as part of the build). No card is required and nothing renews automatically. We'll remind you before it ends — continue at $99/month or $999/year if you want to, or do nothing. Grow and Automation already include Google Business Profile setup; Starter can add it for $299.
What if I have several locations?
$99/month includes 1 Google Business Profile. For multiple locations, contact us and we'll quote based on your setup.
Will you reply to my Google reviews?
Never automatically. New reviews are flagged in your dashboard and AI drafts a reply suggestion you can review, edit or rewrite. Once you confirm, AflameAI posts it to Google through Google's official API; AI never posts on its own. AI reply suggestions are included in the $99/month plan at no extra charge.
Do you post photos, videos and updates to my Google profile here?
Google Business updates are posted here: you send photos or short videos from your dashboard, we turn them into updates, and each one is posted only after you confirm — up to 2 a month, included in search visibility. Ongoing posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is our social media service (from $99/month), a separate service with its own content and posting counts.
My website wasn't built by you. Can I still sign up?
The Google Business Profile and local SEO parts work either way. For the website part, we need to be able to edit titles, structured data and page content: with access, the initial setup covers your main existing business pages and each month we make one FAQ or service-text update; without access, we give you specific recommendations for you or your web provider. Contact us first and we'll confirm before you pay.
Can you guarantee first-page rankings or ChatGPT recommendations?
No. Anyone who guarantees AI recommendations or search rankings isn't being straight with you. We improve the chances that your business information is crawled, understood and cited. The monthly AI check is a sample observation based on fixed questions, and we report the results truthfully. Whether and where you show up is decided by each platform's algorithm.
